The volumes of the buildings are regular and perfect, with vertical shapes that create a unique style for the whole complex.
The color palette used is light, open and warm, referring to the colors of the earth, white brown and gray, which merge easily with the greenery. The use of concrete or stone slabs for the villa and pavement system, depending of the position, give a human feeling to the urban part of the complex.
As a design group, we have analyzed and designed each element needed for each building, being trendy and functional to ensure the comfort of life in them. Each plot is different and has a particular approach to their planned facilities, based on the typologies of designed villas or buildings.
